Unlease Your Learning Skills

Each and every one of us has a little child inside us
as part of our personality and in fact we have several
sub-personalities. If you listen to yourself you will
in time become aware of these sub-personalities.
The way we learn can often be traced back to our early years of learning. There would have been different experiences that we had and learned from. If we can use some of these experiences as a foundation to build on then we are better able to understand the new information we are receiving.
The child within you is the part of you who is curious and wants to know more and he/she also know what it wants and are ready to go for it. Be open to this part of yourself and you will be able to tune into many ideas which will come flowing through you once you learn how to tune into you child which is also the creative part of you.
In the academic world as well as the physical world most of us learn by repeating what we have just learned and go over it several times for it to stick in our mind. If you still find it hard to remember then try to tune into some of your sub-personalities and step into a superior character and imagine that you are an expert on the subject.
You will then move to a higher level and see your situation from a different angle. Imagine that other people depended on the answer you came up with because no one had the answer and you were the expert on the subject. What would your imaginary expert looks like and sound like? Try and connect with your imaginary expert and strike up a conversation with him on how to deal with your situation.
Whether you are young or older you are responsible for your own progress and development in the subject you are learning about. As a student your performance will improve if you work out the way that you learn and what motivates. It is a good idea to keep a journal for your own assessment and your progress. It will do wonders for you when you look back and see how far you have come.

Are You In Your Comfort Zone And Quite Happy Being There

Do you know the feeling of being in your comfort
zone and quite happy being there except for a few
little twigs in the body. In the back of our mind we
also know that we could do more with our lives
but why bother change because it might cause us
some pain and a bit of discomfort.
The thing is that if you avoid taken action or motivate yourself the universe will do it for you and then it may not be as easy as if you took some action now. If for instance you are not as fit and healthy as you could be then you could set yourself a goal to improve these areas.
If you figure out what motivates you and learn how to motivate yourself then you are well on the way to better health and self-improvement. There are things you can say to yourself that will keep you going to reach what ever goal you set for yourself. You may be worried that you will have trouble doing what you set out to do or worry your health will not keep up to it and you will give up half way through and never reach your goal.
It is only natural to have doubts but once you have made up your mind to go for whatever your goal is and you see some result then that will motivate you to keep going. Surely there are things you do and have accomplished in your life that you have had to work hard for. And maybe you have forgotten how good you felt when you saw the result.
It could be that you worked hard to get a promotion at work or you have worked on completing some renovation in your home in the past. That would have taken a lot of dedication and effort to stick to and what was it that motivated you to accomplish these things? Was it something that made you feel good? If so get yourself into that state of mind again.
You can do that by establishing a good communication with yourself where you use encouraging positive conversation that will cheer you up and motivate you. It may take some work on your part but once you have practiced this positive conversation with yourself for a while it will become a habit and in no time you will be able to motivate yourself easily and accomplish your goals.

Are You Ready To Change Your Beliefs And Move Forward

Most people are brought up with certain beliefs which
were installed in them by their parents and their
surroundings. Some of these beliefs are good and some
may not be so good and need to be changed and updated.
Changing your beliefs is not that easy and you may have
to do some personal work on yourself in order to get the
result you want. If you are prepared to work on changing
some of your old beliefs to some more positive once then you will find that your life will become much more fulfilling.
I was brought up with some good values which gave me a good foundation. But I realized that if I were to move forward and achieve my goals then I had to change a few things around my beliefs and so I decided to embark on a personal development journey.
What a wise choice that was because it taught me to tune into my inner self. I had no idea that it would be such an interesting journey. I learned many things about myself and by getting in touch with my unconscious or subconscious mind I could tell myself that I had done well in the past and now I’m ready to move forward and no longer have these old belief system.
The Mind will believe what ever you tell it so you have to make sure to only install positive thoughts and beliefs in your subconscious mind. If you tell your subconscious mind that you are a clever and successful person then it will believe it. This will work the other way too; if you feed your subconscious mind with negative beliefs then it will believe that.
Many of the beliefs that we have may not even be from the way our parents brought us up but beliefs that we have adopted from other people and society. We have taken these beliefs on board and made them our own and then we build on that unconsciously.
When you embark on a personal development journey then you start to question a lot of things in your life and it is like you are having a huge spring cleaning. This will change your life and you will be amazed how much more energy you will have and how much lighter you will feel, and in the process you may also loose some weight.

Tips On Educating Yourself To Become Successful

It is possible for everyone who wants to educate themselves to learn to study more efficiently and successful and to complete the course they started. Do you know that when I did a research over successful people I discovered that they all had the same one thing in common; and what was that? They all had a strong passion to become successful and that was what drove them to reach up there to the elite level.
Many of the successful people in the world today all believed that it was possible for them to become successful in their chosen field. However many of them didn’t go ahead and succeed straight away but failed many times before they reach their goals.
But they never accepted defeat as an option to give up and in my research I found out what kind of tools many of the successful people used to educate themself. First of all they wrote down their dream goal but then they also became aware of what skills they needed to develop to fulfil their dream. They were prepared to educate, learn and develop new skills for themselves.
They sat up little goal in the beginning leading up to the big goal and took the necessary steps to educate themselves to reach these. Many of them kept a note pad where they wrote down affirmation which is a powerful sentence you repeat over and over in your mind until you have learned it by heart. The message is then deeply imprinted in your mind and become part of your natural thinking.
You take someone like Arnold Schwarzenegger who has gone from an unknown ordinary man to become a very successful man today. He had that dream planted in his mind that this is where he wanted to go. So he kept affirming his dream in his mind and also supported it with visualising it in his mind, he worked hard on himself did exercise and made sure to get the right kind of nutrition’s. He broadens his mind by studying and reading widely to educate himself and kept a passion for his goal.
By keeping your passion firmly in your mind it is possible for you to feel excited about educating yourself and every little step you take towards your dream. It is this excitement which helps people to learn fast and propel themselves to greater heights. When you are excited about what you learn you will find that you are much more capable of understanding and remembering the information you are given. Read more here

Goal Setting

By setting goals, and measuring their
achievement, you are able to see what
you have done and what you are capable
of. The process of achieving goals and
seeing their achievement gives you the
confidence and a belief in yourself that
you need to be able to achieve higher and
more difficult goals.
Providing that you have the self-discipline to
carry it through, goal setting is also relatively
easy. Goal setting is nothing more than a formal process for personal planning. By setting goals on a routine basis you decide what you want to achieve, and then move in a step-by-step manner towards the achievement of these goats.
Goal setting is a standard technique used by professional athletes, successful business people and high achievers in all fields, it gives you long term vision and provides you with short term motivation.
To get started write down your goals because this crystallize your goals and give them more force. In writing your goals down, you are better able to keep up with your scheduled tasks for each accomplishment.
Keep the tow-level goals you are working towards small and easy to achieve. lf a goal is too large, then it can seem that you are not making progress towards it. Keeping goals small and achievable allows you more opportunities for reward. It is important to set goals that you can achieve.
Be realistic in your goal setting and don’t set unrealistic goals for yourself which is almost guaranteed to fail. Just as it is important not to set goals unrealistically high; do not set them too low. People tend to do this where they are afraid of failure or where they simply don't want to do anything.
You should set goals so that they are slightly out of your immediate grasp, but not so far that there is no hope of achieving them. No one will put serious effort into achieving a goal that they believe is unattainable.
When you have achieved a goal, you have to take the time to enjoy the satisfaction of having done so. Absorb the implications of the goal achievement, and observe the progress you have made towards other goals. Reward yourself according to the significance of the goal you have achieved.
Think of it like this, why would you choose to ignore any accomplishments that you have made? In doing that, you are downplaying your accomplishment which will convince you that it wasn't that important in the first place.
With the experience of having achieved each goal, you should next review the rest of your goal plans and see them in the following manner:
. lf you achieved the goal too easily, make your next goals harder
. lf the goal took a disheartening length of time to achieve, make the next goals
a little easier.
. lf you learned something that would lead you to change other goals, do so
. lf while achieving the goal you noticed a certain lacking in your skills, decide
which goals to set in order to fix this.
You should keep in mind that failure to meet goals does not matter as long as you learn from it. Feed lessons learned back into your goal-setting program. You must also remember that your goals will change as you mature. Adjust them regularly to reflect this growth in your personality. lf goals no longer hold any attraction for you let them go. Goat setting is your servant, not your master. It should bring you real pleasure, satisfaction and a sense of achievement.
