I have done a large variety of seminars and personal growth courses over many years which have helped me enormously grow and learn to think out side the box.

I believe that everything happens for a reason and that we are slowly in our own way being prepared to reach our goal what ever that means for the individual person. I trust that it is possible for most people to sooner or later reach the part of themselves which is the real you. It will probably take some work and personal development for most of us. I know it did that for me but I’m happy I took this path; getting to know yourself is the most exciting journey you can travel.

You can ask yourself “Am I on my right path, am I in the right job” and most of us would probably not know the answer to that question. But what if someone asked you “What would you do if you had a Million Dollars and didn’t have to work” your answer might point you in the direction of a more fulfilling career.

If your answer to the question was that you would spend time with your kids then you should consider being a teacher, and if you would spend the time in your art studio painting then you should be an artist, and so on and so on. Do you see what that question is designed to do? It’s designed to get you thinking about choosing a career based on more than how much money you can make at that job. Whatever career you choose it should be something that you have a real interest in or passion for as well as being a job that will give you financially stability.

It’s great to have a job that pays really well but even the highest paying job will leave you feeling empty if it doesn't involve doing something that you find rewarding. Follow your true passion and pursue a career in a field that truly interests you and the money will follow. It stands to reason that if you are interested in your job or in your field of employment then you will work harder, learn more, and be more motivated to do well, which in turn will lead to more advancement and more money. It’s a win-win situation to pursue a career that you are passionate about as well as one that has the potential to give you financial security.

It may not be so easy at first and you may have to educate yourself along the way but think of how rewarding it will be to actually learn more in detail about your passion. This is what personal development is all about and it will open doors for you and you will be inspired to simply follow the path you feel passionate about.
